 The "Teaching Acceptance" Program

People and communities can change,
but they seldom do so on their own. The "Teaching Acceptance"
program of The Gay Publishing Company will help teach acceptance,
not just tolerance, by preparing free educational materials for selected stories, ones that are oriented toward teaching acceptance of GLBT persons in communities that are not always very GLBT friendly.
These materials will provide activities, discussion questions, and other elements
that tie in to the chosen stories so that school groups and other organizations will have prepared, easy-to-use materials to help them expand more than their proverbial horizons. While a portion of The Gay Publishing Company's annual income will go towards funding this effort, your donations to the program will help meet the challenges and accomplish the mission more quickly and more thoroughly.
Note that donations to the "Teaching Acceptance" program are not yet tax-deductible. To make a donation, anyway, please proceed to our "shopping cart" page. Donors will be noted below, with gratitude.
